Check 1: payload survives a Forms API submission
Submits to the completion log form against the dummy contact, no tracking cookie. The first question's text is replaced with quotes, commas, colons, angle brackets, an ampersand, a script tag, a backslash, an accent, and an emoji.
Check 2: two back-to-back anonymous submissions
Fires two completion log submissions at the same moment: #1 is Clear path, #2 is Lots of open questions. Both carry this run ID.
Check 3a and 3b: results email from a Forms API submission
Submits the conversion form for a new test contact with a Lots of open questions result: tier, the three email section properties, and the JSON payload. No tracking cookie is sent, so this does not interfere with check 4.
3a: do the blank-line paragraphs and the question and answer line breaks survive into the email? 3b: does the follow-up email send at all?
Check 4: custom event attaches to the converted contact
Run each scenario in its own new private window, so each test contact gets its own tracking cookie. Accept the cookie banner first if one shows.
